What's Included?
Concept + Mood Board
We meet to discuss your vision, theme, color palette, guest count, venue, and priorities. You’ll receive a curated digital mood board outlining the full aesthetic direction — ensuring every detail feels cohesive before sourcing begins.
Vendor Recommendation List
You’ll receive a curated list of trusted vendors (bakers, balloon artists, rental companies, etc.). You book and contract directly, while we provide professional recommendations aligned with your design and budget.
Timeline Creation
A customized event-day timeline outlining vendor arrivals, installation flow, and key moments. This ensures your event runs smoothly and nothing feels rushed or chaotic.
Custom Signage Design
Two to three custom-designed signs tailored to your event aesthetic (welcome sign, favor sign, menu, etc.).
Styling of Up to 3 Focal Areas
Full styling of up to three high impact areas such as cake or dessert table, gift table, welcome display, and photo backdrop area. Each space is layered and thoughtfully arranged to create visual impact and photo-ready moments.
Event Set-Up Supervision
On-site presence during vendor arrival, installation, and core event flow. We manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and oversee transitions so you can be fully present with your guests.

We help identify, communicate with, and coordinate trusted vendors to ensure your event vision comes to life. You receive guidance on bookings, contracts, and timelines, reducing stress and ensuring quality execution.
Full Design Production
From concept to reality, we develop a complete event design plan, including color palette, theme, decor elements, and layout. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and polished celebration.
Tablescape Styling
We style up to 6 guest tables or focal tables (e.g., cake, dessert, or gift tables) with layered décor, linens, centerpieces, and accents to elevate your event aesthetics and create photo-ready moments.
Custom Signage Suite Design
A coordinated suite of custom signs, including welcome signage, menus, favor labels, and other event details. Printing and materials are client-funded.
Favors Concept Design
